Educational Programs

Step out of your textbook . . .

bota

Campanario offers several options for your learning experiences.  Some programs are pre-designed, as summarized below, but all programs can be modified according to the group's needs, desires, academic requirements, time available, etc.  For example: the Rainforest Conservation Camp, designed as a 6 day/night program can have an extra day added to allow for a service project or additional day for field investigations.  Please contact us for planning and for any questions you may have.

Now the next question is:  When?  Programs are given throughout the year, however we do recommend the December through August period (the dry season and the moderately wet season).  The wet season, September – November is seriously WET!

Program Options

Contact us for programming additional nights, trip to Isla del Caño, recreational activities or tours, in-country airfare, and family or any other applicable discounts.  Click here to see options for creating your own program.

Participants should be in good health, as these are physically rigorous programs.  All participants should have adequate health and accident insurance which covers activities in remote locations, including evacuation procedures, just in case.

Note:  Campanario reserves the right to adjust or cancel portions of any itinerary due to bad
weather or dangerous sea conditions.
