Here are a few reading suggestions to help you prepare yourself for your trip and for overall environmental awareness.  The books are listed in no particular order, and we will be adding more as time goes on.  In addition there are many travel handbooks about Costa Rica which are always useful.  Also, we highly recommend the books published by INBio.  They can be found at:  Most of their books are in both English and Spanish.
